Please contact us if you have any care or maintenance questions. It is much easier to prevent a problem than to fix one. We want you and your animal(s) to be happy.
Terms as of 9/18/2004: We WILL NOT ship when temperatures are below 45 degrees or above 90 degrees at any point in the journey. Live arrival and healthy outward appearance via same day air guaranteed with pick-up within two hours of arrival. Please make sure you inspect the animal in the presence of airline personnel. If a problem exists file a claim with the carrier and contact us immediately.
Our animals are healthy and feeding well before they are offered for sale and at the time of shipment and should continue to thrive for you. If there is difficulty with feeding or you suspect any health problems please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to assist you within reason.
We recommend ALL new acquisitions to any collection be kept under strict quarantine for a minimum of 60 days.
Payment forms accepted are cash, verified Paypal account, United States Postal Service money order, with mutually agreeable shipping time arranged as soon as possible after receipt. Any other payment forms must be discussed in advance. Payment plans up to 90 days may be arranged with four equal payments, one payment at purchase, one payment at 30 days, one payment at 60 days, and one payment at 90 days, with shipping after final payment. Deposits and payment plans are nonrefundable 7 days after first payment. If a default occurs on a payment plan, animal(s) will again be placed for sale and all monies paid will be considered a credit toward a future purchase within 12 months of last payment or as soon thereafter as animals become available.
Animals will be "on hold" for four (4) USPS business days (Monday-Saturday) after commitment to purchase has been made. After that time, if deposit or payment in full has not been received, animals will again be available for sale.
Should an animal be DOA or there is some kind of problem, we require you notify us within two hours of pick-up. If the animal is DOA, we require you overnight us the body in a sealed plastic bag. After receipt of body, you will be refunded full purchase price or animal will be replaced (if more available) at your discretion.
